Tantra History
In ancient times, Dali was a kingdom of women. The legendary story of Guanyin incarnating as an old mother to save the villagers became a tale of a local woman rescuing her fellow villagers from a Ming Dynasty war. One day, a large number of bandits and enemies came to the village intending to wage war. An old woman carried a huge stone, and the bandits asked her why she carried so much. She replied: "In the village, every young man carries three times the amount of ore." The bandits were afraid and ran away. In fact, in the local villages, you will see women doing a great deal of hard work in the fields, carrying out many heavy tasks. You must respect and admire the women there.Shibao Mountain, located in northern Dali, contains over 1300 years of Buddhist stone carvings and temples, including images of Guanyin (Avalokitesvara) and female genitalia, which locals often worship as prayers for a painless childbirth. They are artistic treasures of the Nanzhao and Dali kingdoms.
For thousands of years, these sculptures have not only provided us with visual enjoyment, but also indirectly allowed us to discover the mysterious culture of Indian female genitalia and its connection to cosmic traditions through the silent presence of these stones.
We realized that Tantric sexual energy is a mysterious force of the universe and has a profound impact on human civilization when we learn about its secret practices.
This Shiva temple, located by the roadside, is a true temple of sexuality, where Tantric practitioners reveal complete sexual liberation through love. After a lengthy explanation we translated, we were received by the master's brother, who allowed us to stay as long as we wished. We were required to fully accept the prescribed advice, specific training techniques (to be continued), rituals, meditation, lineage transmissions, mantra chanting and mudras, sexual energy healing, inner male-female psychology, and unconditional love.

In 2011 to 2012, she studied Tantric Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Massage at the Tantra Yoga School in Thailand.
In 2013-2014, she participated in improvisational contact dance workshops and festivals in Beijing and Xiamen, studying under Dutch Qigong dance artist and Greek teacher Van, learning to incorporate elements of modern dance.

Course schedule:
Morning: 9:00-10:30 Yoga postures and Tantric breathing exercises
11:00-12:00 Tantric theory and tantra ritual
Afternoon: 4:00-5:30 Traditional Chinese medicine ceremony or mandala making or Sound healing
Evening: 7:00-8:00 Tantric meditation

The Mystical Union – Inner Man and Inner woman
Life is a balance between male and female aspects.
This workshop offers significant and amazing experiences about what it means to fully accept one’s own masculinity and femininity.
You look at how your masculine and feminine parts relate to each other: whether one denies the other side or tries to dominate or manipulate – or if they are supporting each other.
The inner female aspect of the man complements his male qualities and gives him inspiration, creativity and sensitivity. The woman’s femininity is completed by the masculine aspect, which gives her clarity, straightforwardness and the ability to discriminate.
Only when you acknowledge both sides, can a sense of inner oneness arise.
