Three river parallel trip

This is one of the most gorges hikes in Yunnan, crossing 3 parallel rivers (Yangtze/Nu/Mekong) UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Autumn is the best time of year to travel. This is the world's classic intangible cultural heritage of Three Parallel Rivers. From the Jinsha River to the Lancang River and then to the Nu River, part of the route taken by explorer Locke included Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Baima Snow Mountain, Meili Snow Mountain, Gaoligong Mountain, and Biluo Snow Mountain. The distributed ethnic minorities include Naxi, Yi, Nu, Tibetan, and Lisu. Our partners own the best wild luxury tented Tibet hotel in Shangri-La, with the highest altitude: more than 5000 meters, fully off-road, all areas are covered by forests, and the oxygen content in the air is very high.

Mingyong Glacier, Kawajibo, Yubeng Primary School, many years later, do you still remember the girl carrying a backpack much bigger than her? The mountains are the best healers. More than ten years ago, she listened to her heart alone and came to the foothills of Meili Snow Mountain to explore this paradise. Many years later, a yoga teacher I met in India said that the best religion is the law of nature. I am used to taking naps and hiking on the grass, putting stars and big trees in your dreams, climbing the bridges of Gaoligong Mountain, Biluo Snow Mountain, Jinsha River, Lancang River and Nu River, and let them be slowly healed by time and space. No need to say anything, no need to think about it, just walk and lie quietly. There are caravan escorts and camping tent sites along the way. At Aluo's home in Nujiang, follow him on foot to Cizhong, Weixi, Dimaluo and Tacheng, pass through Lijiang, Yulong and Haba, and watch the stars at the foot of Dali and Cangshan Mountains. Average daily itinerary: 07:00 wake up yoga meditation 08:30 breakfast, explore the village on foot 12:30 lunch 14:00 free time 19:00 dinner 21:30 meditation yoga, rest

Day 1: Fly to Lijiang. We will spend the day relaxing here, soaking up the atmosphere of this 400-year-old town, and making final preparations to begin our hiking tour. Day 2-3: Drive to Laojunshan National Park, which is the starting point of our hiking trip. We will head north to Lanping and then continue to Biluo Snow Mountain at the northern end of Gaoligong Mountain. We will pitch our tent on the mountainside and enjoy the stunning views and starry sky. Day 4-5: Hike to Laomudeng Village, a Nu village located at the foot of Biluo Snow Mountain. We will stay at a local family-run Nu guesthouse. Enjoy a hot bath and sample some local Lisu cuisine, whose staple foods are rice, vegetables and beef. Just don't drink too much local wine. . . Day 6-7: Drive to the remote town of Gongshan and begin hiking to Dimaluo, a quiet Tibetan village. We will try some warm Tibetan dishes and stay one night at a local hotel. Days 8-9: From Di Malo to Cizhong Church, a famous Catholic church founded by a group of French missionaries more than 100 years ago. Even during the Cultural Revolution, when similar buildings were mass destroyed across China, it was protected by local villagers. We will stay in a local hotel with hot showers and some good food.

Day 10-12: The rain collapse of Kawagbo in Meili Snow Mountain. Hiking around the mountain, sacred lakes, sacred waterfalls, many Mani piles, and Jinshan Mountain in Rizhao. Many years ago, Kawagbo was regarded as an inaccessible Tibetan area. More than ten years ago, I went to Tibet many times and walked around the Meili Snow Mountain. After ten turns, I could free myself from all the karma in this life. After three steps and one kowtow, there was no more sacred place in the world than the snow-capped mountains. Outdoor camping . Day 13-14 Shangri-La Niru Prairie hiking and outdoor camping Return to Dali or Lijiang on the 15th day.
