About the instructor

JOLIE LU. 

 

Graduated from Business management and philosophy degree from Zhejiang Ningbo university in China 

​

From 2008 trek from Yunnan to Tibet with Spanish guide PABLO

2009 trek through Yunnan and Tibet, and Sichuan and Tibet, and study Tibetan Buddhism in Monastery .

​

2013-2015 she did Buddhist journey through Southeast Asia. 

 2011, she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification (Yoga Alliance, USA) in Rishikesh, India also in Nepal.

​

 In 2011 to 2012, she studied Tantric Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Massage at the Tantra Yoga School in Thailand.

​

In 2013-2014, she participated in improvisational contact dance workshops and festivals in Beijing and Xiamen, studying under Dutch Qigong dance artist and Greek teacher Van, learning to incorporate elements of modern dance.

​

2015-2016 Tibet Tantra study 

2019-2024 Shamanic and tantra healing studio in Dali in China
